The Return process –
Online Return/Exchange – You can return or exchange an item online at www.hygienedunia.com by following the below steps.
* Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at https://hygienedunia.com/my-account/
* Go to ‘Contact Me‘
* Fill in the required information and send. Please make sure to write the message with complete details.
Few points to remember when you need to return the product/s:
* Returns/exchange request need to be within 30 days of the delivery of product
* Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
* All returned product must be unused and unwashed, and returned with original packaging.
* Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable, if there’s any.

If you choose to self-ship the products, that should be dispatched within 72 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
How do you return?
> Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our Supply Partners.
> Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our Supply Partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Refund options for you – The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
* Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders

We at hygienedunia.com know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of Supply Partners to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 1-4 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 99/- will be applied to all orders below Rs.500/-
The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
Hygienedunia.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of 500 and maximum of Rs. 10,000 only.
Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
* You cannot use the product without making the payment at the time of delivery.
* If the product is open, do not accept the order.
* No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
