What are your business hours?
Our customer service support is available Monday-Saturday 10:0am-07:00pm IST (excluding major holidays).
What kind of support do you provide?
We take pride in providing professional, one to one support to our customers through the personal visit or the phone/video call.
What is the estimated delivery time?
As soon as we received your order, we dispatch your product within 2 business days. We process all deliveries through our exclusive supply partners.
However, in-case of unavailability of our supply partner for delivery services in your area, we may send your parcel through any of the cost effective courier at extra cost (on courier charges).
Are there any hidden costs (gst, delivery charges, etc.) on any of the product?
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Hygienedunia.
The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
Delivery charges at some locations may be extra, depending on the Hygienedunia policy.
What is your refund policy?
We strongly believe in our products and stand 100% behind the range offered, but we also understand that it may not work perfectly for everyone. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money or make adjustments with your next purchase.
You can apply for a refund within 07 days of purchase by calling the number given on the invoice copy or calling us at +918358885888.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order value should be of Rs.599/-. A nominal delivery charges of Rs.100/- will be applicable on any order below the minimum order value.
This amount is the average of the freight cost of different stations in India.
Is there any warranty on your products?
Yes. All products sold on Hygienedunia are warranted against manufacturing defects. Please read Information on package label.
Can I place bulk orders?
We have a dedicated team for wholesale business. You may send a formal enquiry to email@example.com for more details regarding bulk requirement or business partnership.
Will you add more categories/products in your online store?
Of course! We are working on new product line as per the feedback from our customers and supply partners. In fact, we aim to add a few new products to this online store every month.
Does Hygienedunia accepts international orders?
No. We deliver within India only. However you can place orders from outside India but delivery address should be within India.
