1. Minimal water loss and disturbance.
2. If your tank water is in very bad condition, we may suggest emptying the entire contents with high powered pumps, then we enter the tank, scrub from top to bottom, and sanitize it. Now you can start freshwater storage again.
3. The team removes bacteria and pollutants which build up over time in the sediment.
4. If required, the team will do vacuuming/removal of dirt leftover from the tank.
5. The underground water tank cleaning service also includes anti-bacterial treatment and proper sanitization of the tank.
6. We also suggest for water disinfection.

Terms & Conditions:-

Free Access:

• The Client must provide access to the premises, running water and electricity at the premises where the service will take place.

Waiting Charge:

• Failure to provide any of the above facilities on time is subject to extra charge of Rs. 250 for every 30 minutes.

No Shifting Instructions:

• Valuable, heavy, or semi-permanent items, such as pianos, wall units, TV & Stands, sideboards, bookcases, filing cabinets, pot plants, and wardrobes will not be removed by our staff.

No Handyman Work:

• The staff is not trained for handyman services like electrical or plumbing works.

Additional Charges:

• Hygienedunia reserves the right, at its discretion, to charge additional amounts where excessive items have not been removed prior to arrival and cause delays to the Underground Water Tank Cleaning Service process.

Commitment:

• We are committed to delivering the best of the best quality performance, however, we cannot assure for 100% stain or spot removal in certain cases.

Inspection of Work:

• We highly recommend the post-cleaning inspection and approval from the client-side should be done. We will not be able to entertain any claims regarding any quality issue once the staff leaves the service location.

Domestic Pets:

• Pets and other animals are required to be secured prior to the staff entering the premises and the client accepts full liability and responsibility for any injury caused to cleaning staff.
