Yes. You can cancel order before the order status changed to "Processing". You just need to log in and use contact us form and request to cancel order by mentioning Order ID. We will process your request and you will receive confirmation of the same through your registered email ID.

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money or adjust with new purchase.

As soon as we received your order, we dispatch your product within 2 business days. We process all deliveries through our exclusive supply partners.
However, in-case of unavailability of our supply partner for delivery services in your area, we may send your parcel through any of the cost effective courier at extra cost (on courier charges).
Yes. All products sold on Hygienedunia are warranted against manufacturing defects. Please read Information on package label.
24 months from the date of manufacturing. But it can remain good up-to 36 months.
Of course. We’re working on new product line as per the feedback of our customers and supply partners. In fact, we target to add few new products in the store every month.
No. We deliver within India only. However you can place orders from outside India but delivery address should be within India.
