What are your business hours?

Our customer service support is available Monday-Saturday 10:0am-07:00pm IST (excluding major holidays).

What kind of support do you provide?

We take pride in providing professional, one to one support to our customers through the personal visit or the phone/video call.

Is it necessary to have an account for shopping?

Yes. It is mandatory to have an account before checkout. However you can browse and fill cart with products before logging or creating an account.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order should be of Rs. 300. A Rs. 50 fee will be applied to any order under the minimum.

Are there any hidden costs (gst, delivery charges, etc.) on any of the product?

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on https://hygienedunia.com/. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Delivery charges at some locations may be extra, depending on the Hygienedunia policy.

Can I cancel the order once placed?

Yes. You can cancel order before the order status changed to "Processing". You just need to log in and use contact us form and request to cancel order by mentioning Order ID. We will process your request and you will receive confirmation of the same through your registered email ID.

What is your refund policy?

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money or adjust with new purchase.

What is the estimated delivery time?

As soon as we received your order, we dispatch your product within 2 business days. We process all deliveries through our exclusive supply partners.

However, in-case of unavailability of our supply partner for delivery services in your area, we may send your parcel through any of the cost effective courier at extra cost (on courier charges).

Is there any warranty on your products?

Yes.  All products sold on Hygienedunia are warranted against manufacturing defects. Please read Information on package label.

What is the shelf life of OSSOM EnviroCHEM products?

24 months from the date of manufacturing. But it can remain good up-to 36 months.

Can I place bulk orders?

We are basically a wholesaler. We do sell in bulk but offline. You may send enquiry to [email protected]

Will you add more categories/products in your online store?

Of course. We’re working on new product line as per the feedback of our customers and supply partners. In fact, we target to add few new products in the store every month.

Does Hygienedunia accepts international orders?

No. We deliver within India only. However you can place orders from outside India but delivery address should be within India.
